WTO与中国企业“适世”的文化思考

摘    要:我国企业文化的研究历经 2 0年 ,但形成的理论却不见得对企业的推动起到该理论预想的作用。本文通过分析现实生活中的案例与问题 ,从WTO规则发展的视角 ,提出“适世”文化的问题 ,认为我国当前更重要的是解决企业的创新文化、人的价值文化、法律文化问题 ,而不是抽象的“企业哲学文化”。

Abstract:The research on culture of Chinese enterprises has lasted for 20 years,but the theory hasn't played its expected role in the promotion of enterprises.This is because enterprises have been talking about Japanese enterprises' culture which had been discussed in early 1980s in the special economic zones in our country,although it has entered into the second or third generations.This paper,from the angle of development of WTO rules,puts forward the culture in conformity with WTO rules by analyzing cases and problems.It holds that the most important thing at present is the settlement of the innovational culture of enterprises,the valuable culture of personnel as well as the legal culture,but not the abstract philososhic culture of enterprises.
