“十五”期间我国东中西部地区建筑业产业竞争力比较分析

本文对我国东、中、西部地区建筑业在“十五”期间的竞争力进行了综合比较分析，分析指标包括总体运营状况、产业结构特征、生产力水平、盈利能力和产业贡献率等方面，结果表明东部地区建筑业在产业规模方面占有绝对优势，但在个别竞争能力方面，中西部地区反而超过东部地区。因此，东部地区建筑业在规模扩张的同时，要注重产业内部质量的提升，带动全国建筑业产业水平持续稳定提升，而中、西部地区急需对建筑业进行产业结构调整。

A Comparative Analysis on the Competition in Construction Industry During the Fifteenth Planning in Eastern ,Central and Western China

The paper aims to have a comparative study of competition in the construction industry during the Fifteenth Planning in eastern,central and western China.The analytical index include the overall running conditions,the characteristics of industry structure,the level of productivity,the capacity of profits and industry contribution,etc.According to the conclusion of the study,it shows that eastern China takes the lead in the scale of the construction industry,while it lags behind in some other competitive aspects.Therefore,in the process of their enlargement in scale,the eastern areas should also focus on the internal quality of this industry so that they can provide impetus to the steady and sustainable increase in the level of construction industry throughout the country;meanwhile,the eastern and central areas have an urgent need to adjust their industry structure.
