| 摘 要： | 宽严相济的刑事政策是我国在多年刑事司法实践中得出的重要结论。本文从“宽”与“严”的适用入手，分析了刑侦部门在实践中落实“宽严相济“刑事政策的基本原则，从操作层面提出了刑侦部门在刑事诉讼的整个阶段落实“宽严相济”刑事政策的基本范围。
