| Abstract: | This thesis,by synthetically utilizing the related theories in the field of civil law,commercial law,marine insurance law,international law,etc.and,through the study on legislation and judicial practice of marine insurance in the United Kingdom and the United State legal system,analyses the legal status of P&I Club.Based on the above,this thesis aims at deepening the research on the legal status of China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association and perfecting our national legislation in this field. |
