浅谈我国智囊机构发展对策

智囊机构或思想库对于一个国家政策的正确制定、及时修正和灵活执行起着极其重要的作用，西方国家特别是美国越来越重视智囊机构的作用，然而目前我国智囊机构发展现状远远不能满足急剧变革的中国社会发展需要。本文主要通过对我国智囊机构现状审视、原因剖析，提出发展我国智囊机构的对策。

On the Developing Strategy of China's Brainpower Organization

The paper will survey the developing situation of China＇s executive, technical and folk brainpower organizations, analyzes the reason why the development of Chinese current brainpower organizations are not fit for that of society and propose that renovating the concept, developing the charity and integrating the resource are the three ways of developing Chinese current brainpower organizations.
