| 摘 要： | 领导力,通俗地讲就是影响力、是获得追随者的能力,是带领队伍的感召力、推动力和驾驭力。公安局长作为引领公安队伍前进的风向标,其行为就是全局公安民警的一面旗帜,局长能力的大小影响着公安队伍整体合力的发挥。新时期对公安局长的领导力赋予了新的内涵。
