| 摘 要： | 近年来,由于一些国有企业在进行改制和产权转让中不够规范,造成国有资产流失等一系列社会问题,也引发了经济学界及有关部门对国企改革模式的争论。本文阐明了我国在MBO实践中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了对策及建议。
