丹东独特的地理环境、经济利益和历史文化等因素,造成了中国东北地区经丹东偷渡韩国现象比较严重。偷渡者利用沿海渔船、集装箱、伪假证件、非法证件等进行偷渡。应通过发展经济、疏通正常出国渠道、加强对辖区内渔船民管理、加大对＂蛇头＂的打击力度、提高公安边防部队反偷渡工作能力等措施,防范和打击东北地区的偷渡行为,维护国家安全与稳定。

A Study on the Man Smuggling from Northeast China to Korea via Dandong

Man smuggling from northeast China to Korea via Dandong becomes serious due to the unique geological environment, economic profit and historical culture of Dandong. Man smuggling is carried out by stowaways by means of coastal fishing boats, containers, faked certificates and illegal documents. To safeguard the national security and stability, man smuggling of northeast China should be effectively prevented and cracked down through multiple measures like promoting economic development, opening conventional channels of going abroad, strengthening the management of privately owned fishing boats within its jurisdiction, stepping up efforts to fight against smugglers and improving the anti-human-smuggling abilities of border-control forces.
