| 摘 要： | 警察文化是警察这一社会群体的生存生活方式,贯穿每一名人民警察整个工作生涯,对他们的人生观、世界观和价值观产生着关键的影响。公安院校培育学生文化自觉的关键是要加强对警察文化自觉的培育,包括警察文化知识学习、警察文化感情的培养、警察文化的鉴别与认同、警察文化的传承与创新四个阶段。

| Abstract: | Police culture refers to police group＇s way of living, which runs through the whole professional career of police and exerts great influence over their outlook on life, world and values. The cultural consciousness fostered by public security colleges and universities aims to strengthen the cultivation of police cultural consciousness through four stages, i.e., imparting police cultural knowledge, developing affection, police culture identification and recognition, and its inheritance and innovation. |
