新形势下边防沿海船舶治安管理问题探析

中国是世界上渔船数量最多的国家,在我国海洋执法新格局下,沿海船舶边防治安管理存在立法滞后、管理方式简单以及技术装备落后等问题。公安边防部门要不断完善行政立法,加强创新船舶管理和技术装备建设,建立海上联防机制,提高沿海船舶的管理能力,维护海上治安秩序。

Reflections on the Problems of Public Order Administration of Frontier Defense and Coastal Boats under New Situations

China is a country with a largest number of fishing boats in the world. Under the new stage of national marine law enforcement, the frontier defense and public order administration of coastal boats has faced such difficulties as the lag of legislation, oversimplified management, backward technology and other issues. The Frontier Defense Department should improve legislation, and strengthen methods, technology and equipment of ship management. What＇s more, it should establish maritime joint defense to promote China＇s coastal ship management so as to help maintain maritime security orders.
