| 摘 要： | 当前,边境地区因经济活动的快速发展而导致了非法出入边境活动的急增。非法出入边境活动的原因复杂,手段多样,特征明显。对此,应在加大宣传的基础上加强活动防控,开展专项斗争,同时加强相关领域的国际合作。

| Abstract: | At present, the number of illegal cross-border activity at the border areas has grown exponentially due to the rapid economic development. The reasons for these illegal activities are complicated, with diversified means and distinctive features. Therefore, increased publicity should be followed by reinforcing prevention and control measures, launching a specific campaign, at the same time strengthening the international cooperation in related areas. |
