The Application of International Trade Law Documents in Sino-Russian International Commercial Contracts

China and Russia are members of the world market,therefore,Chinese and Russian entrepreneurs should consider international principles and rules while exercising their international trade activities.The application of international trade law documents can help businessmen of both countries to regulate their legal relations in accordance with international standards in order to accelerate the development of international trade.The objective of this article is to analyze the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods,INCOTERMS,general conditions of supply and international standard contracts in Sino-Russian trade,and to investigate the questions arising in connection with the application of these documents.
