| 摘 要： | 随着"9·11"事件的发生,国际社会在面临恐怖主义的袭击时,迫切需要建立一种完善的集体安全机制,以维护世界和平和各国主权完整。本文拟就集体安全法的构建及其机制展开讨论,以期明确集体安全法的法律框架。
