现实困境与路径选择：中国行政法学研究之省思

当下中国的行政法学研究在取得辉煌成就的同时,也存在内容失衡、视域狭窄、方法局限、争鸣匮乏等问题。为了实现中国行政法学研究在21世纪的新崛起,应当以本土化、规范化、和谐化、综合化与国际化为导向,着重在基本范畴的重构、行政法哲学的构建、部门行政法学的拓展、比较行政法学的突围、行政法社会学的建立、行政法方法论的更新等方面进行努力。惟此,我国的行政法学研究方能真正走出困境,进而不断提升其市场化程度。

Realistic Plight and Path Choice of the Research of China Administrative Law Science

Now,although the research of China administrative law science has got noble accompliment,the problem such as unbalanced content,narrow view,limited means and absent argument still exist. In order to achieve the goal that the research of China administrative law science will grow up in 21 century,it should take nativism, standardization, harmony, synthesis, internationalization as leader, and make great efforts on reconstruction of fundamental category,constructions of administrative law philosophy.development of part mental administrativel law science,breakout of comparative administrative law science, establishment of administrative law sociology and renovation of administrative law methodology.So, the research of administrative law science in our country can walk out the plight,and then advance its marketable degree.
