| 摘 要： | 警察道德本质上是一种执法权力道德。警察道德在社会主义市场经济占据着维护经济秩序、净化经济环境和预防、遏制腐败的重要地位。因此 ,社会主义市场经济条件下 ,加强警察道德建设 ,对于完善公安行政管理、提高执法效率、促成执法公正和促进社会主义精神文明建设等方面必然具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Police moral,in essence,is a kind of moral of law-enforcement power.It is in a position that it can maintain economic order,can purify economic environment and can prevent and contain corruption,especially in the market economy.Therefore,it is extremely valuable to strengthen the construction of police moral because it helps the perfection of public security administrative management,the improvement of law-enforcement efficiency,the law-enforcement fairness and the socialist cultural and ideological progress. |
