| 摘 要： | 职务犯罪黑数是指应当依法追究而未被追究刑事责任的职务犯罪行为数。职务犯罪黑数具有客观性、法定性、隐蔽性、动态性等特征。应当充分认识职务犯罪黑数产生的原因及危害，采取相应对策控制其增长。

| Abstract: | The concealed number of the crime by taking advantage of duty refers to those cases which should be investigated by law but have not been dealt with.Such cases do exist and must be dealt with by law but they are inherent with the hidden and dynamic features.Adequate attention should be taken against the causes and hazards of such a number of this kind of crimes and corresponding measures taken to curb the number from increasing. |
