浅谈渎职侵权案件的“查证难”问题

渎职侵权犯罪往往会给国家、人民利益造成重大损失，严重影响了党和政府在人民群众中的形象。检察机关在查办渎职侵权犯罪案件的过程中，出现了内、外部协调配合机制不健全，侦查手段少，侦查观念陈旧等问题，导致“查证难”，阻碍了反渎职侵权工作的开展。应当加强“侦查一体化”工作机制，加大初查力度等措施、手段，以破解“查证难”问题。
