| 摘 要： | 民众购买侵权复制品的经历和态度对其打击著作权犯罪的态度会产生负面影响，放任侵权复制品的购买行为将影响对著作权犯罪的打击。因此，改变我国当前打击制、售侵权复制品行为的模式，多管齐下，构建打击制作、销售、购买侵权复制品的防控体系，对于转变民众对盗版的观念、严密法网、加强司法机关的工作等都具有积极的现实意义。
