特殊犯罪群体的犯罪分析与预防——以“未婚妈妈”杀婴案为视角

“未婚妈妈”杀婴案存在着被告人低龄化、低学历化，犯罪手段具有较大的残忍性，刑罚处遇轻缓化等特征。该类犯罪的成因既有行为人个体心理失常的直接原因，社会化的失败及消极的非社会实践的社会因素，也存在着现代性文化冲突的根本原因。预防此类犯罪，要进行价值观与道德教育，消除犯罪心理；加强特殊群体的社会化过程；净化社会环境，消除消极因素的影响等。
