| 摘 要： | 超审限是当前我国民事诉讼中常见的突出现象。作者认为这实质上是一种违法行为 ,危害甚大 ,不容忽视。文章分析这种现象产生的主客观原因 ,提出纠正超审限的新思路和具体措施。

| Abstract: | Exceeding trial jurisdiction, which the author thinks is illegal, risky and which should be taken precautious care of in practice, is a striking problem currently occurred in civil proceedings in present China. The author, accordingly, after analyzing the causes objective and subjective, presents his own way out and countermeasures to solve the problem afore-mentioned. |
