| 摘 要： | 宪法是一个国家的根本大法,是不轻易变更的,而近代法国作为典型的大陆法系的国家,其根本大法却是频繁变更,这种现象在历史上极为少见,究其原因是多方面的。而法兰西民族既富理性又饱含激情的民族性应是其原因之一。
