摘    要:由于我国社会主义市场经济的确立和逐步完善,社会结构正处于转型期,职工队伍的规模和素质发生了重大变化。以劳动关系为前提,以职业分工为基础,在职工队伍整体利益一致的前提下,分化出不同的利益群体,使社会结构呈现出现代化的趋势,这是社会进步的标志之一。

Abstract:Because a socialist market economy has been established and gradually perfected, the Chinese social structure is in the process of economic transformation and the size and quality of the workers changed to great extent. The workers have divided different interests groups by the basis of occupational division of labor. The situation presupposed labor relations and identical overall interests of the rank of the workers. This phenomenon has led to a trend of modem social structure. That is one of signs of social progress.
