The Development of Jurisprudence in China since Reform and Opening up

The article recalled the developing process of the jurisprudence in China during the last thirty years;summed up the achievements of the studies in jurisprudence and a number of inherent limitations of it;and discussed the development of jurisprudence in the new century.The present study also argued that,after 30 years of jurisprudence,the jurisprudence had been initially formed a relatively complete research system;and the jurisprudence in the new century would be faced with a diversified topics.
