| 摘 要： | 毒品犯罪的关联性 ,是指毒品犯罪与涉枪涉黑、涉黄涉赌等相关犯罪具有相互牵连和影响的特征或属性。其类型可分为犯罪学类型和刑法学类型。把握毒品犯罪与其它刑事犯罪的关联性 ,积极开展对毒品犯罪的“主攻战”和“配合战” ,才能从根本上打击和遏制毒品犯罪。
