| Abstract: | It is a request of following the world ocean economy development trend and broadening new room of land and ocean development to build the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula.In order to build the blue economic zone,it necessary to balance the development of land and ocean economy based on comprehensive arrangement of industries.That is,to foster integration of land and ocean economy in the way of spearheading land by ocean,propelling ocean by land,and joint efforts at home and abroad. |
