| 摘 要： | 劳动者通过出卖自己的劳动力来维持生存,但企业破产时劳动者的劳动债权如何实现体现了一个国家对劳动者的保障程度。在拖欠劳动者工资报酬情况比较严重的我国,尤其需要对劳动者的特殊保护,破产法草案突出保护劳动者权益是符合我国国情和法理的。

| Abstract: | The employees always survive by sell themselves'labor.The extend to protect the wage's fight reflects one country'power to safeguard the employees.In China,there is very serious to owe the workers'wage,the law should pay especially attention on the employees.The draft of bankruptcy strength the power to defend the employees, it is very reasonable and accord with the law theory. |
