论跨国犯罪的侦查对策

随着国际社会交往的增多 ,各国人民之间往来的便利和频繁 ,国际恐怖主义犯罪、生态犯罪、跨国商务犯罪等诸多形态的跨国犯罪 ,正逐渐成为威胁国际社会和平与安宁的世界性问题。因此 ,必须通过加强国际刑事司法合作 ,减少各国法律差异 ,发挥国际协查协助制度的优势 ,实施联合侦查对策 ,运用国际通辑措施 ,追缴跨国犯罪收益等 ,有效打击跨国犯罪。

On the Investigative Strategies against Transnational Crimes

With the increasing communication among international societies, and the rapid and frequent intercourse of world people, international terrorist crimes, ecological crimes and transnational business crimes and other morphologies of crime are posing a threat to the world peace and security. In light of this and for the purpose of effectively attacking transnational crimes, we must strengthen the international cooperation of criminal judicial departments for reducing national differences, tap the advantages to full play of the system of international assistant survey and cooperation for practicing unified investigative strategies, and utilize international order measures for recovering the ill-gotten gains of transnational crimes.
