| Abstract: | This article analyses the characteristics and contents of legal responsibility of trade union law of the PRC, actions of violating trade union law and main body, means and procedure of investigating legal responsibility. It points out some problems of legal responsibility of trade union law and gives some suggestions of improving legal responsibility of Trade Union Law of the PRC. |
