Abstract:Along with the development of the market economy, interest relations and the distribution ways present the diversified tendency, and the labor dispute cases often happen, but the function of the labor dispute mediation as one kind of method and system for solving the labor disputes is extremely limited, and this has the close relation with the imperfection involved in the section of the related labor dispute mediation in the Chinese labor legislation, this urgently needs to make the reform on the labor dispute mediation mechanism under the present legislation system.
