With the adjustment of China's economic structures and the deepening of internal reform in state-owned enterprises,factors that affect the stability of workers' organization have greatly increased.Only when enterprises do a good job in protecting,developing and realizing workers' interests and guiding,protecting and fully developing workers initiatives can they fully mobilize these workers to work hard.Workers should be concerned about in the following aspects: political life,daily life,mental health as well as physical condition.By doing so,we can strengthen the centripetal force of all workers and achieve the goal of stability and harmonious development of enterprises.
