| 摘 要： | 法律教育史上的两种典型的课程模式，即大陆法系的“学科中心课程模式”与英美法系的“活动中心课程模式”，大致对应于教育学史上所形成的“学科中心课程论”和“实践中心课程论”。模拟法庭课程的设置，可以借鉴布鲁纳的结构主义教育理论，结合两种传统法律课程模式的优点，科学规划该课程设置的主体、原则和步骤，拟定合理的课程实施方案，争取为中国的法治建设培养出更多、更优秀的法律人才。
