论模拟法庭课程的设置与实施

摘    要:法律教育史上的两种典型的课程模式,即大陆法系的“学科中心课程模式”与英美法系的“活动中心课程模式”,大致对应于教育学史上所形成的“学科中心课程论”和“实践中心课程论”。模拟法庭课程的设置,可以借鉴布鲁纳的结构主义教育理论,结合两种传统法律课程模式的优点,科学规划该课程设置的主体、原则和步骤,拟定合理的课程实施方案,争取为中国的法治建设培养出更多、更优秀的法律人才。
