病态人格与违法犯罪刍议

病态人格即非精神病性精神障碍,它实质上是一种人格偏向发展的极端化。其形成是个体的生物因素、心理因素和社会因素相互作用、相互影响的结果。病态人格者的情绪、情感因受本能欲望的支配,表现得冷酷无情,缺乏同情心,其违法犯罪与正常人格者违法犯罪相比具有更大的隐蔽性、突发性和社会危害性。病态人格者违法犯罪虽然需要承担相应的法律责任,但在对其处罚的同时,应给予他们更多的人文关怀,注重治疗和心理矫正。

Psychopathic personality,which is also called non-psychosis mental obstruct,is actually an extreme of the personality development of erroneous tendency.It is the result of the interaction of biological,psychological and social factors.The emotion of the person with psychopathic personality looks indifferent and lacking of sympathy.Comparing to a normal people,the crimes of the person with psychopathic personality are more concealed,abrupt and dangerous.Although these criminals should take the corresponding responsibility in law,they need more human care and psychotherapy.
