关于侦查权控制方式的思考

各个国家对侦查权进行的控制方式大致包括司法授权、司法救济和权利制约等。在我国，对侦查杈缺乏有效的控制，主要的控权方式是侦查机关的内部控制和检察机关的外部制约，对权力的制约基本不具有效用。鉴于此，应完善我国的侦查权控制方式。司法授权目前不具可行性．理性的做法是，建立司法救济制度、完善内部控制、加强检察监督、赋予犯罪嫌疑人更多对抗侦查行为的权利。

The control manner of investigation power which most countries carried out broadly includes judicial authorization,judicial remedies and rights of constraint.
