| 摘 要： | 刑事诉讼中瑕疵证据能够有效证明案件事实但却具有轻微不合法性,各种主体在运用时往往陷入两难境地。文章侧重分析了狭义的瑕疵证据的表现形式、特征,并对瑕疵证据补正的相关问题提出了完善的措施,使这类证据在实践中得到正确运用。

| Abstract: | Defective evidence in criminal procedure can prove the facts of the case effectively yet with a slight ille- gality,which causes various subjects caught in a dilemma when applying it. The article focuses on analyzing the manifestations and characteristics of narrow defective evidence and provides some measures to improve the correc- tion of defective evidence so that such evidence can be correctly used in practice. |
