| 摘 要： | 随着我国微博用户的迅速增多，公安微博的影响力不断攀升。公安微博是政务微博中数量较多，关注度较高的一类。由于相关规范及求不够明晰，因此，有必明确公安微博的法律性质和功能定位，为今后的规范化运作奠定基础。

| Abstract: | With the rapid increase of mieroblog users in our country, the influence of public security＇ s microblog is rising. Police microblog is a kind of government affairs microblog with more quantity and higher attention. Since re- lated specification and requirement are not clear, it is necessary to define the legal nature and positioning of police microblog so that we can lay a foundation for a standardized operation in the future. |
