| 摘 要： | 近年来,警察在正当执法中遭遇无理取闹,被谩骂、殴打、恶意投诉,甚至致伤致残致死的事件时有发生。我们应分析暴力袭警致使警察权益受损的原因,完善警察权益保障机制,严惩袭警行为,维护人民警察合法权益。

| Abstract: | In recent years,it occurs usually that the face the rail,beats,the malicious suit,even wounded cripples the lethal event in the law enforcement.This article analyzes the reason of the violence to raid the police in which the police rights and interests suffered injury,proposes the police rights and interests safeguard mechanism,gives the severe punishment on raids on the police,and maintains the legitimate rights and interests of the people's police. |
