| 摘 要： | 从试行三年的实践来看,人民监督员制度作为检察机关自主创新的一项改革已取得一定的实效,但在制度运行中也在不同层面暴露出一些问题。应对这些问题,应寻求其解决并深化发展的路径,在人民监督员制度的性质、主体、客体、监督方式及监督体制方面实现转变。

| Abstract: | The peeple's supervisor system,one of the reform measures created by the procuratorial organ,has obtained certain substantial results as viewed from 3 years tentative implementation,while several problems have emerged.It should seek for the solution of these problems and strike the evolution path of the system,and realize the transformation of the people's supervisor sys- tem from aspects of the character,subject,object,supervisory mode,and supervisory mechanism. |
