西方国家对青年和青年组织意识形态渗透的手段研究

冷战以来,特别是20世纪80年代后期以来,西方国家对青年和青年组织意识形态渗透的手段日益多样化,呈现"多管齐下"的态势。主要表现为:运用媒体进行渗透,互联网成为渗透的新手段;支持非政府组织力量进行渗透;增强出口文化产品的影响力;通过青年学者学术交流和跨国高等教育交流进行渗透;利用对象国国内问题突出、青年工作薄弱等有利时机进行渗透。

A Study on the Means of Ideological Penetration into Youth and Youth Organizations in Western Countries

Since the Cold War,especially the later 1980s,the means adopted by the western countries to permeate ideology into youth and youth organizations have become diversified day by day.They are to use the media;to use Internet;to support NGOs;to strengthen the influence of the cultural export products;to make use of young scholars' academic exchange and transnational higher education exchange;to take advantage of the domestic problems or the weak points of youth work in the target country.
