社会信任危机：当前中国发展必须正视的一个严重问题

随着中国经济的持续发展,社会的细胞即个人被普遍激活,自由选择空间大幅度拓宽,但国家形成整体合力的能力却没有在社会生活中得到相应提高,作为重要社会资本的社会信任产生了严重危机。如果不加以有效的遏制,很可能导致社会秩序的崩溃。解决这一问题的根本途径,在于通过一种比较公正的制度安排和社会保证装置,减少和消除行为主体对自身安全和利益安全的顾虑。

With the econmic development,individuals,as the social cell,commonly are given the vital function and have the large space to be chosen,but the integral power of state has not advanced in social life at the same time,and a heavy crisis appears in social credence .If it were not efficienitly restrained,it would lead to the breakdown of social order.The foundmental path to soclve the crisis is to reduce and eliminate the active subject's apprehension about his own safety and interest safety through juster system arrangement and social insurance.
