Legal Development in Oriental Socialism: A Theory Review from Marx's to Deng's

The author argues, that Marx's thought about future socialist legislation underwent a change, from based-on Western Europe to concerning oriental society at his old age. One of Lenin's historic contributions was to make a creative exploration on legal development after establishing socialist system in Russia. Mao combined Marx's legal theory with actual legal practice in China and tried to find out a Chinese way. Deng explored legal revolution course from rule of emperor to rule of law, and set up a modern socialist legislation model with a distinguished Chinese style.
