巨额财产来源不明罪的立法完善

巨额财产来源不明罪在立法技术、刑罚标准等方面存在一定的不足,应从制度上对公职人员的职务犯罪行为进行预防和惩处。完善巨额财产来源不明罪,一方面要搞好前置措施的设置,重在预防;另一方面要严密刑事法网,严惩巨额财产来源不明的犯罪分子。可从明确行为模式、规范法律用语、提高刑罚幅度、增设附加刑等方面对巨额财产来源不明罪进行完善。
