| 摘 要： | 2006年是我国打击商业贿赂的专项年,通过一年的努力,该项活动取得了一定的成绩,但也凸显了许多问题。特别是对商业贿赂几个法理性问题存在着一定的模糊认识。本文力图从我国现行立法加以阐释区别,以更好地打击此类犯罪。

| Abstract: | We stroke particularly commercial bribery in 2006.Pass the effort for a year,the item's activity obstained the certain result,but also brought into relief many problems.Especialy a few misty understanding about legal therories problems exist to commercial bribery.The author tries to explain the difference from our xurrent lawmaking on fighting this kind of crime batterly. |
