The social security system of nation cannot be built unless the rural social security system is set up and improved. So speeding up the building of the rural social security system is not only the measures to reform and improve the social security system of China but also the necessary demand of rural economy and society developing, which is the important guarantee of building a well-off society in an all-round way. |
