| 摘 要： | 侦查人员在其参与侦查的案件中出庭支持公诉，接受法庭调查，证明侦查程序和取得的证据的合法性和有效性，这一做法明显有利于维护实体正义和程序正义。现阶段我国建立侦查人员出庭作证制度有现实基础和法律基础，基于此，应在我国建立和完善这一制度。

| Abstract: | Investigators supporting public prosecution in court hearing of the case they participate,accepting court investigation,and proving the legality and validity of the investigation procedure and proof obtained is obviously helpful to maintain the substantial and procedural justice.At present,there are realistic basis and legal basis for establishing the system of investigator testifying in the court,so we should set up and perfect the system. |
