| 摘 要： | 本文从网络民意的概念、特征入手,剖析了网络民意的优势和劣势,分析了网络民意与司法的冲突与契合,以及网络民意对司法的影响。最后笔者站在立法机关、网络媒体和司法机关三方的立场为弥合这种冲突提出了对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept and characteristics of public opinions obtained online,this article makes an analysis of advantages and disadvantages of such opinions,conflict and harmony between justice and such opinions,and influence of such opinions on justice.From the perspectives of the legislature,the network media and the judiciary,the article comes up with countermeasures for bringing the conflict to a close. |
