| Abstract: | Res ipsa loquitur is a technical term most controversial in the Anglo-American law system as there exist many diverse opinions of its legal effect.This article makes an analysis of res ipsa loquitur in terms of the origin and the actualities,and explores understanding of regular patterns of the legal effect of res ipsa loquitur,aiming to make clear the internal relations of different views on res ipsa loquitur.The exploration is helpful to the research on domestic tort liability law. |
