| Abstract: | The key question of the peasant question is the peasant interests.The peasant interests needed safeguarded by law.According to the reality of the new countryside building in current,be aimed at the system lacked question of the peasant interests,the author points at the principle and system of the economic law which safeguard the peasant rights and interests. |
