| 摘 要： | 法治化是现代社会发展的必然趋势和普遍要求。但法律也存在肓区,也还存在其不能调整和管辖的范围和事件,此时,人们往往借助于道德的调控。法与道德的关系,我国历史上和西方学界均作过多种阐述。我们认为法与道德的关系十分复杂,法与道德之间存在着多元联系。

| Abstract: | Legalization is the inevitable trend and wide requirement of the development of modern society, but law has its own blind zones, in which the law cannot play its role on some occasions. Then, people always have recourse to moral. The relation between law and moral has been discussed widely at home and abroad, and it is very complicated because it is plural. |
