宪法教学应重视“宪法人”培养

宪法人是指真心诚意地信仰宪法,具有宪法意识,并时刻按照宪法的基本精神生活和工作的人。作为法学核心课程,宪法教学应重视＂宪法人＂的培养。这是建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求,是实现宪政的客观需要,是法学教育的当务之急,也是宪法教学的分内之事。宪法教师首先要成为＂宪法人＂,在教学中注重对现行宪法文本的尊重,在教学的各个环节充分体现宪法精神,并重视宪法应用的教学。

Attention should be Paid to the Cultivation of Constitutionese in Constitution Teaching

Constitutionese are those who believe constitution faithfully and work and live all the time with constitution consciousness and spirit.As the core course of law,constitution teaching should pay attention to the development of constitutionese,which is the necessary requirement to construct a socialist legal state,is the desirability to realize constitutionalism,is the top priority to law teaching as well as the matter within the constitution teaching.Constitution teachers are expected to be constitutionese first of all,they should show their respect to present constitution,fully reflect constitution spirit in each teaching link and pay attention to the application of constitution.
