新世纪公安高校教师队伍建设

在我国由高等教育大国向高等教育强国的发展中,高校教师队伍建设的发展趋势是:高层次化、高效益、流动性增加、专兼职结合、法制化等。公安高校教师队伍现状不理想,存在着基础较差、结构不合理、培训不力、按照市场机制配置人力资源不够等问题。公安高校面对日益激烈的竞争,要真正树立人力资源的观念;结合实际,坚持特色、效益引进人才;加强培训,提高培训质量;用科学发展观指导,为人才成长与发展创建和谐的校园环境。
